Cellplus Bio provides cell culture solutions with consistent long-term quality and no batch-to-batch variation for antibody therapeutics, vaccines, cell and gene therapy (CGT), and other applications. We help customers unlock the full potential of different cell types and accelerate the journey from R&D to commercialization. Established in February 2021 in Suzhou New District, Cellplus Bio is a Sino-European joint venture. Our R&D and manufacturing facilities cover over 8,000 square meters, and our products serve all major cell culture systems, including CHO, HEK293, Vero, BHK, Sf9, and Hi5. Two industrial-scale production lines in China, validated in large-scale manufacturing, ensure a continuous supply of dry powder media. We can produce approximately 100,000 liters of media (2 tonnes of dry powder) in a single batch in as little as 48 hours, or 200,000 liters within 72 hours......

Supporting high-density growth and protein expression in CHO, HEK293, and other cell lines, the MetaCell®CHO transient transfection media series enables rapid harvest in 3 days and milligram-to-gram quantities of recombinant proteins within 7-14 days. Simple, efficient transfection protocols meet the development and manufacturing needs of biologics, including antibodies, recombinant proteins, and recombinant viruses. Cellplus Bio's proprietary, efficient PEI-mediated transfection process achieves titers >1.8 g/L in CHO-K1 cells. The MetaCell®HEK293 transient transfection media series is compatible with a broad range of cells, including HEK293, 293F, 293FT, and 293T, as well as commonly used cationic transfection reagents.
